Key Responsibilities\n

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Evaluating the biopsychosocial needs of patients to identify problems and create individualized treatment plans that address specific mental health concerns.

• Conducting individual, family, couples, and group psychotherapy sessions, adapting therapeutic interventions to best fit the needs of each client.

• Engaging as a primary or co-therapist within group therapies, fostering a safe environment for psychiatric patients to share and process their experiences.

• Regularly assessing treatment progress and making necessary adjustments to therapy plans in collaboration with other healthcare professionals.

• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation as per regulatory standards, ensuring that all patient interactions are recorded within electronic medical records (EMR).

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LPC will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
