Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop personalized and effective therapy strategies tailored to each client's needs.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic therapy, catering to diverse individual, group, and family settings.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and social workers, to coordinate comprehensive care for clients across various treatment modalities.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation and billing practices, ensuring adherence to both organizational and regulatory standards to streamline client care and administrative processes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary aim will be to serve individuals and families with limited access to mental health resources, treating a broad spectrum of mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

Excela Behavioral Health offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and client caseload.
