Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to understand their unique needs and create individualized therapy plans.

• Implement a variety of evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Facilitate therapy sessions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for open communication.

• Keep meticulous and up-to-date clinical records in accordance with legal and ethical standards, maintaining confidentiality at all times.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Possession of a valid and unrestricted Professional Counselor (LPC) license in the state of Colorado.

Compensation and Benefits\n
