Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial evaluations and ongoing assessments to accurately identify and diagnose patients’ mental health issues.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that reflect the unique needs of each patient, ensuring their mental health goals are prioritized.

• Stay informed about the latest developments in counseling methodologies, integrating best practices into your sessions to enhance patient care.

• Maintain warm, empathetic communication to foster a trusting therapeutic relationship during each counseling session, encouraging patients to open up about their concerns.

• Assist with the administrative aspects of care, including documentation and follow-up services, supported by our billing team to alleviate your workload.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
