Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop comprehensive treatment plans that are tailored to each client’s unique history, needs, and treatment goals, incorporating measurable outcomes.

• Document clinical interactions accurately and timely, ensuring compliance with best practices and regulatory requirements.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychologists, social workers, and medical staff, to provide holistic care to clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LPC will work with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing a variety of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. Our clients come from various cultural backgrounds, necessitating cultural empathy and sensitivity as you engage with them in the counseling process.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

• A valid and active license to practice as a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The offered salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload. Additional benefits include:
