Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop individualized therapeutic plans tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy, to effectively address mental health issues.

• Provide group and individual therapy sessions, ensuring that therapeutic interventions are evidence-based and culturally sensitive.

• Maintain clear and accurate clinical documentation, adhering to legal and ethical standards to ensure the utmost confidentiality and professionalism.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses on providing care to individuals and families, many of whom have limited access to mental health services. You will be treating clients with diverse backgrounds and varying mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use issues, which allows for a rich and varied counseling experience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Active and unrestricted LPC licensure in the state of Texas.

• Minimum of two years of direct counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting.

• Strong understanding of state and federal legal and ethical standards governing counseling practices.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to connect with a diverse clientele.

• Demonstrated teamwork capabilities, with a history of working collaboratively in a health care setting.

• Proficient in Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems and related technologies.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Annual salary ranging from $70,000 to $90,000, commensurate with experience and caseload.
