Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with individuals and couples facing various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and life transitions. Your clinical expertise will help clients find clarity, improve communication, and build healthier relationships. You will offer therapeutic interventions that not only address immediate concerns but also equip clients with tools for long-term success.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field is required; a Master’s Degree is preferred.

• An active state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, demonstrating proficiency in direct therapy.

• Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple cases while fostering therapeutic relationships.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience working in telehealth or virtual therapy settings.

• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems is a plus, enabling streamlined documentation and client management processes.

• Strong foundations in various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT).

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
