Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health status, including history, presenting issues, and goals to formulate customized treatment plans.

• Deliver individual therapy sessions using various therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness-based therapy, and solution-focused techniques.

• Utilize behavioral strategies tailored to each client to enhance their therapeutic journey and promote positive change.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation of client sessions, treatment plans, and progress notes to ensure compliance with state regulations and organizational standards.

• Participate in regular supervision meetings and professional development workshops to continuously enhance therapeutic skills and stay updated on industry best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will be supporting a diverse client base, including individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and other mental health disorders. Your compassionate approach and strong communication skills will be vital in establishing trust and rapport, which are critical for effective therapy. You will also have the opportunity to work with couples seeking guidance to improve their relationships and develop healthier communication patterns.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• At least two years of clinical experience providing psychotherapy in a mental health setting.

• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in an understandable manner.

• Experience with electronic medical records and telehealth technology is advantageous.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, preferred candidates will have experience in behavioral therapy techniques, familiarity with trauma-informed care, and skills in facilitating group therapy sessions. A history of working with couples or in a telehealth setting is also beneficial. Prior training in evidence-based therapies will position candidates favorably.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Couples Learn, Ltd offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $90,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
