Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct personalized assessments and develop tailored therapy strategies for individual clients, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their unique needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to diverse groups, families, couples, and individuals, using methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychologists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals, to provide comprehensive and coordinated care.

• Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation that comply with legal and ethical standards, ensuring client confidentiality and integrity.

• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities, including workshops, continuing education, and training in the latest mental health treatments and techniques.
