Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Bend Mental Healthcare Center, you will have a range of responsibilities aimed at promoting the mental wellness of our clients. Your daily tasks will include:

• Facilitating Group Therapy Sessions: You will lead engaging group sessions, providing a space for clients to connect, share their experiences, and learn from one another in a supportive environment.

• Individual Counseling: You will offer personalized counseling sessions, helping clients explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors to develop effective coping strategies and actionable plans.

• Treatment Planning: Collaborating with clients, you will create individualized treatment plans tailored to their unique needs, preferences, and therapeutic goals.

• Progress Monitoring: Utilizing various assessment tools, you will methodically track client progress, evaluate treatment outcomes, and adjust plans as necessary to ensure optimal results.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position primarily focuses on young adults aged 18 to 30 who are seeking support through our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). You will play an essential role in providing evidence-based and holistic treatments tailored to the unique challenges faced by this demographic. Our clients often grapple with issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health conditions, and your expertise will be invaluable in guiding them toward recovery and personal growth.

Qualifications\n

To excel in this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

• A valid LPC license in the state of Georgia.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field; additional relevant credentials or certifications are a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n
