Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health needs and establish individualized treatment plans that promote optimal mental health outcomes.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to the unique needs of each client, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Provide individual, group, couple, and family therapy sessions designed to address the specific challenges faced by the client population.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records while ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards associated with mental health care.

• Participate in ongoing training, workshops, and professional development initiatives to stay informed about the latest advancements in mental health research and practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client base includes individuals and families from diverse backgrounds, many of whom face significant barriers to accessing mental health care. We serve clients grappling with various challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use disorders, and other mental health issues. Your role as an LPC will be crucial in helping these individuals find stability, improve their emotional health, and develop coping strategies.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• A valid and unrestricted license to practice as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Georgia is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges between USD 70,000 and 90,000 annually, depending on experience and caseload availability.
