Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, building rapport and establishing positive therapeutic relationships while upholding professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular check-ins with clients to evaluate their progress and wellbeing, addressing stability and planning for discharge when appropriate.
\n
• Develop, implement, and continually monitor individualized, person-centered treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Maintain detailed and timely documentation of client interactions, including progress notes and treatment updates.
\n
• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to gather relevant information for developing effective treatment strategies.
\n
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions weekly, adhering to best practices in therapeutic interventions.
\n
• Participate in individual supervision sessions to enhance personal and professional growth.
\n
• Collaboratively work with a multidisciplinary team, including psychologists, psychiatrists, and social workers, to optimize client care.

• Maintain a growth mindset, actively seeking opportunities for continuous improvement in therapeutic approaches and personal development.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our practice focuses on a broad range of clientele, including children, adolescents, and adults experiencing various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a closely related field is required.

• Current and unrestricted license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Georgia.

• At least one year of post-graduate clinical experience in an outpatient setting is mandatory.

• Proficiency in utilizing technology, including Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook), clinical management systems, and other relevant software tools.

• Experience in providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families, demonstrating an understanding of various therapeutic modalities.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is USD 75,000 – 90,000 annually, with a fee-for-service model that offers guaranteed rates and pre-collections payments to ensure financial stability for our clinicians. Bonus opportunities provide additional earning potential.
