Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop individualized therapy strategies tailored to each client's needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused techniques for a diverse range of clients.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure a holistic approach to client care, participating in team meetings to discuss treatment plans and progress.

• Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation according to regulatory standards while ensuring confidentiality and ethical guidelines.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, attending workshops and training sessions to stay updated on emerging research and enhancements in mental health treatment.

You will work with a diverse patient population including children, adolescents, and adults, addressing various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications, along with a bonus structure that offers unlimited earning potential.
