Our remote work setting allows counselors to connect with clients in a flexible manner. You will operate from the comfort of your home while utilizing our advanced telehealth systems. However, as part of our outpatient services, there may be opportunities for occasional in-person consultations and home visits when needed. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify client needs, strengths, and treatment goals.

• Facilitate regular communication with supervisors, family members, and other stakeholders to provide updates on patient progress.

• Develop and maintain a structured schedule of appointments, ensuring timely follow-ups and consistent support.

• Coordinate home visits as necessary to conduct observations and gather insights for improving care plans.

• Implement and monitor program plans effectively, adjusting strategies based on client feedback and clinical assessments.

• Participate actively in Interdisciplinary Team Meetings to ensure holistic client care and collaboration among healthcare providers.

• Document clear and detailed monthly and quarterly progress notes to track patient journeys and outcomes.

• Lead training and certification sessions for staff to ensure consistent implementation of program protocols.

• Actively follow up with clients through interviews and home visits to maintain engagement and support.

• Serve as a liaison between Rethink Mental Healthcare and the broader community, fostering relationships to enhance resource connections.

• Assist in developing training materials aimed at improving our programs and client services.

In this role, you will be working with a diverse client population, including both youth and adults. You will cater to individuals from various backgrounds, each facing unique challenges, which may include mental health disorders, trauma, substance misuse, and family dynamics. Your ability to connect and build rapport with clients from different walks of life is crucial in fostering their trust and motivation for recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) within the state of Georgia.

• A minimum of two years of experience in a counseling role, preferably in a clinical setting.

• Strong understanding of ethical and legal standards in mental health practices.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, ensuring effective client interactions and teamwork.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, reflective of your experience and caseload.
