Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Professional Counselor, you will be responsible for:

• Facilitating Group Therapy: Lead supportive and engaging group sessions that foster a safe environment where young adults can share experiences, connect, and learn from one another.

• Conducting Individual Therapy: Offer personalized care through empathetic counseling sessions, helping clients explore their emotions, develop coping strategies, and create actionable plans for their mental health goals.

• Developing Treatment Plans: Collaborate with clients to design individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans tailored to their unique needs and preferences, ensuring a client-centered approach.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily support young adults aged 18 to 30, providing focused services for those in our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). Your work will directly impact individuals grappling with various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders, guiding them on their journey to recovery and personal growth.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is mandatory; a master’s degree or higher is preferred.

• A valid and current LPC license in the state of Georgia.

Compensation and Benefits\n
