The typical work schedule is Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility required to accommodate patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, utilizing standardized tools and interviews to determine patients' mental health status and needs, enabling the development of individualized treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, employing modalities such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness techniques to support patient recovery.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups, providing a safe space for sharing experiences and learning coping strategies, thereby reducing feelings of isolation among participants.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and fellow therapists to ensure a holistic approach to patient care, regularly participating in case consultations and team meetings.

• Respond to crisis situations and deliver immediate support during mental health emergencies, working closely with clients to de-escalate distress and coordinate further care as needed.

• Educate patients about their mental health conditions, discussing treatment options and community resources available to enhance their support systems.

• Maintain confidential patient records and documentation in compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
