Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop, implement, and evaluate comprehensive treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Provide supervision and guidance to interns and trainees, including planning and facilitating recruitment events, ensuring adherence to documentation requirements, and supporting their clinical development.

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions using established evidence-based practices, ensuring that clients receive care that is both effective and respectful of their needs.

• Coordinate with school site contacts, centralized intake, and clinical supervisors to monitor student caseloads and address any immediate concerns, adapting interventions as necessary.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of clinical notes, treatment plans, and client progress in adherence with agency policies to ensure compliance with funding requirements.

• Participate actively in quality assurance initiatives, contributing to audits of client records and programmatic evaluations, and preparing reports for the Director as necessary.

• Provide in-person and remote clinical consultation during crisis situations, ensuring that clients are supported at all times.

• Create an organized and professional remote workspace, reporting any security or safety issues to management without delay.

• Engage in ongoing professional development and training initiatives to stay updated on best practices and evolving mental health policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary client focus will encompass children, adolescents, and families within school environments. The role specifically caters to individuals experiencing emotional and social challenges, including anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and trauma-related difficulties. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $122,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
