Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions using our HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform to ensure confidentiality and security.

• Assess client needs through comprehensive intake evaluations and develop tailored treatment plans based on individual goals.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to achieve optimal clinical outcomes.

• Generate timely and accurate documentation within our electronic health record (EHR) system to maintain compliance with state and federal regulations.

• Engage in regular virtual team meetings and case consultations to share insights, discuss progress, and enhance therapeutic approaches.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, therapists, and support staff to create a holistic treatment approach for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will involve working with a diverse range of clients, including students dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship struggles, and adjustments to life changes. You will be instrumental in providing a safe and supportive space where clients can express themselves and work towards their mental health goals. Our focus is on creating inclusive and culturally sensitive treatment plans that honor each client’s unique background and needs.

Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.

• Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of California is mandatory.

• At least two years of post-licensure clinical experience with demonstrated expertise in mental health therapy.

• Exceptional clinical judgment and strong communication skills, with the ability to engage with clients compassionately and effectively.

• Familiarity with telehealth technology and comfort in providing services remotely.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
