As part of our multidisciplinary mental health care team, you will work remotely, providing services through a hospice setting aimed at supporting adolescents with serious mental health concerns. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual therapy sessions utilizing a solution-focused approach, addressing the unique needs of adolescents to promote effective coping strategies.

• Facilitate skill-building exercises aimed at empowering adolescents to overcome personal and situational challenges.

• Participate in treatment planning as part of a dedicated multidisciplinary team, ensuring comprehensive care tailored to individual client needs.

• Perform crisis intervention assessments and screenings to evaluate immediate mental health needs and develop appropriate treatment strategies.

• Lead group counseling sessions focused on relevant mental health topics to foster discussion and community among participants.

• Maintain accurate and insightful documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes to ensure continuity of care.

Qualifications\n
