• Conduct one-on-one therapeutic sessions focused on solution-based counseling tailored for adolescents dealing with various mental health issues.

• Assist adolescents in developing skills to tackle current challenges and forge pathways for future success, employing evidence-based techniques.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create comprehensive treatment plans that include crisis evaluations and psychosocial assessments.

• Provide crisis intervention assessments to effectively understand and manage acute mental health situations.

• Deliver specialized treatment to adolescents who may be seriously mentally ill, cognitively impaired, or developmentally disabled, ensuring care is attuned to their specific needs.

• Organize and lead group counseling sessions on diverse mental health topics, encouraging mutual understanding and growth among participants.

• Document all aspects of client care meticulously, including intake assessments, treatment plans, and ongoing progress notes.

• Train probation and detention staff on effective skill-building strategies for adolescents under supervision, enhancing their capacity to support young individuals in distress.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work is required.
