Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate students' mental health challenges, personal strengths, and support systems.

• Provide a variety of therapeutic interventions, including individual, family, and group therapy, tailored to the specific needs of students.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and trauma-focused therapy to promote healing and growth.

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans that include specific goals, interventions, and measurable outcomes.

• Work collaboratively with school staff, including teachers and administrators, as well as with psychiatrists and psychologists, to coordinate care and ensure student success.

• Provide crisis intervention, risk assessments, and safety planning for students facing mental health emergencies.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups focusing on community-building and mental health education.

• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with ethical standards and legal requirements, ensuring confidentiality and integrity of student records.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually. In addition to competitive compensation, we offer a sign-on bonus to welcome qualified candidates.
