Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for students to evaluate their mental health needs, strengths, and available resources.

• Provide therapy services—individual, group, and family therapy—utilizing evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and trauma-focused therapy.

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans that address specific client concerns and incorporate measurable goals.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including school staff and outside professionals, to ensure a holistic approach to student care.

• Offer crisis intervention services, risk assessments, and safety planning when necessary to ensure student safety and well-being.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions and psycho-educational workshops, aiming to educate students on coping strategies and mental health awareness.

• Maintain precise and timely documentation of client interactions and progress in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on adolescents and young adults who face various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and trauma-related disorders. These individuals often require guidance and support to navigate their mental health in the context of school and peer interactions. Your expertise will be vital in promoting resilience and effective coping mechanisms in students.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.

• Active and unrestricted state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A minimum of two years of experience in a mental health or outpatient setting, particularly with youth populations.

• Strong knowledge and practical application of evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with adolescents and their families.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
