Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health status, identifying strengths and challenges that will inform treatment planning.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Family Systems therapy to meet the diverse needs of clients.

• Develop personalized treatment plans outlining specific goals, interventions, and progress monitoring metrics that cater to each client’s unique circumstances.

• Engage in multidisciplinary collaboration, partnering with psychiatrists, school counselors, and other health professionals to create integrated treatment approaches.

• Offer crisis intervention services, including risk assessments and safety plans, to ensure the immediate and long-term well-being of clients in distress.

• Advocate for clients' rights and connect them with pertinent community resources, while providing ongoing case management support.

• Participate in community outreach initiatives and engagement activities aimed at increasing mental health literacy and reducing stigma within the school and broader community.

Qualifications\n
