This includes managing client marketing, verifying insurance, consulting on credentialing, efficient billing practices, technical support, electronic health record (EHR) management, and maintaining compliance through audits. Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver high-quality virtual therapy sessions to clients using telehealth platforms.

• Maintain a caseload of a minimum of 25 clients, providing consistent support and ongoing assessments of client progress.

• Utilize various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Psychodynamic Therapy, tailored to individual client needs.

• Develop treatment plans that outline specific therapeutic goals and interventions.
\n
• Collaborate with other mental health professionals and liaise with external resources as needed to support client well-being.

• Document client sessions accurately in our EHR system to ensure compliance and create a robust record of client care.

• Participate in ongoing professional development and supervision to enhance your clinical skills and keep abreast of best practices in the field.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with adult clients, including those from diverse backgrounds and varying mental health challenges. We particularly encourage applicants who have experience working with the LGBTQIA+ community and men's mental health, although these qualifications are not mandatory. Sensitivity to the unique needs of minority populations is crucial as we strive to provide inclusive and effective mental health care.

• Master’s Degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Active LCSW license to practice in the state of Nevada.
