Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver individual and couples therapy sessions, utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans that address mental health and substance use concerns.
\n
• Provide case management services, coordinating care with other healthcare providers and advocacy organizations as needed.
\n
• Maintain accurate and timely records of client interactions, treatment progress, and therapy notes in compliance with standards of practice and regulatory requirements.

• Engage in regular supervision and case consultation to ensure best practices and peer support.
\n
• Manage scheduling for client appointments and effectively communicate with clients regarding their ongoing care and resources available to them.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse patient population, including youth, adults, and families facing challenges related to mental health issues, substance use disorders, and life transitions. Our clients are often referred to us for our specialized outpatient services, so the ability to connect with individuals from various backgrounds and demonstrate cultural competence is essential.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in a human services or behavioral health field is required.

• Current California LCSW licensure with at least two years of supervised full-time experience in the field of chemical dependency, mental health, or adolescent treatment.

• Proven ability to work independently while demonstrating strong clinical judgment and ethical practices.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and multidisciplinary team members.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working with couples or families preferred, demonstrating an understanding of relationship dynamics and therapeutic techniques specific to these populations.

• Familiarity with telehealth technologies and experience providing virtual therapy are highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n
