Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand each student's mental health needs, strengths, and challenges.

• Deliver individualized and group therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy.

• Develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with students, caregivers, and educational professionals, setting clear goals and interventions.

• Work closely with school personnel, including teachers and counselors, to ensure the alignment of therapeutic strategies with academic support.

• Facilitate psychoeducation classes and support groups aimed at improving coping strategies and emotional resilience among students.

• Implement crisis intervention techniques as necessary, conducting risk assessments and safety planning to protect at-risk students.

• Maintain detailed, accurate documentation of therapy sessions and treatment plans, adhering strictly to ethical and legal standards.

• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss case management and collaboration with other mental health professionals involved in student care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited educational institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
