Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, exploring their strengths, challenges, and support systems.

• Deliver evidence-based individual, family, and group therapies, employing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused interventions tailored to specific client situations.

• Formulate, implement, and regularly update individualized treatment plans that reflect client-driven goals and therapeutic interventions, tracking progress and adapting approaches as necessary.

• Engage in collaborative care by coordinating with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals, ensuring that all aspects of a client’s treatment are harmonized.

• Provide crisis intervention for clients in distress, conducting thorough risk assessments, safety planning, and immediate support to mitigate acute mental health issues.

• Facilitate productive group therapy sessions and psychoeducation workshops aimed at enhancing client understanding of mental health concepts and resilience-building techniques.

• Maintain comprehensive and timely documentation of client interactions, adhering to regulatory, ethical, and legal standards to ensure optimal client care and continuity of treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will primarily focus on serving a diverse client population spanning various demographics, including children, adolescents, adults, and families dealing with conditions such as depression, anxiety disorders, trauma, and behavioral challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• Active and valid state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually along with a sign-on bonus.
