Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnose mental health conditions as necessary using established tools like the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM), then develop individualized treatment plans that effectively address patient needs.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to support patients by preparing and maintaining accurate clinical documentation, treatment records, and reports, adhering to regulatory requirements.

• Implement ongoing evaluations of patient progress and refine treatment strategies to ensure effective care delivery, including regular communication and collaboration with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.

• Coordinate referrals and serve as a vital link between patients and external treatment providers, ensuring optimal continuity of care and establishing solid relationships with healthcare partners.

• Educate and mentor students, interns, residents, and volunteers, sharing your expertise to foster the next generation of mental health professionals.

• Work closely with clinical supervisors to participate in peer reviews and contribute to chart audits, helping to enhance team performance and clinical standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging between USD 90,000 and 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
