Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Aloha Healthcare Center, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Utilizing your education and training to conduct independent psychosocial assessments and diagnoses, crafting detailed treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.

• Establishing collaborative partnerships with clients, promoting patient-centered care through active engagement in the treatment process.

• Implementing a variety of evidence-based behavioral interventions such as solution-focused therapy, behavioral activation, and motivational interviewing, adapting approaches based on patients’ unique circumstances and preferences.

• Working alongside a multidisciplinary team, including psychologists and primary care providers, to coordinate comprehensive care that addresses the physical, mental, and emotional health of our patients.

• Monitoring and documenting treatment progress through systematic tracking of patient responses, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Assisting in the management of psychotropic medications prescribed by medical providers, focusing on compliance, side effects, and the effectiveness of treatment.

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this position, candidates must possess the following credentials:
