Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize your education, training, and experience to accurately assess and formulate individualized psychosocial diagnoses for patients, ensuring effective treatment strategies are developed.

• Collaborate with patients to create and implement comprehensive, patient-centered treatment plans that address their unique needs and goals.

• Deliver evidence-based behavioral interventions, such as solution-focused therapy, motivational interviewing, and problem-solving treatment, to enhance patient outcomes.

• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team that includes psychologists, primary care providers, and other service professionals, promoting a holistic and integrated approach to care.

• Systematically track treatment responses and patient progress through virtual consultations and in-person sessions, adapting strategies as necessary.

• Support medication management under the supervision of medical providers, focusing on treatment adherence, side effects, and overall effectiveness of prescribed psychotropic medications.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is a non-negotiable requirement.

• Possession of a current, valid, and unrestricted license to practice independently as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington State.

• A minimum of one year of experience working as an independently licensed therapist, providing a foundation for best practices in clinical interventions.
