Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to identify the needs of infants and toddlers with developmental delays.

• Engage actively in the development, implementation, and ongoing assessment of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) for each child.
\n
• Collaborate closely with families and a multi-disciplinary team to monitor progress and adjust care strategies as necessary.
\n
• Provide individualized support to families, enhancing their capacity to promote their child's development and well-being.
\n
• Adhere to all Federal and State regulations, protocols, and standards governing early intervention services.
\n
• Build and maintain trusting relationships with children, families, and colleagues to create a supportive learning environment.

• Design evidence-based treatment strategies grounded in Natural Learning Environment Principles.
\n
• Utilize a coaching model to empower families through education and resources to support their child's development.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this position is working with infants and toddlers who face various disabilities and developmental challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Social Work or a Doctorate in a related field.

• Valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) recognized by the relevant state department.
