Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of infants and toddlers to identify developmental delays and disabilities.

• Collaborate with families and multi-disciplinary teams to create and implement Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs).
\n
• Monitor and document progress towards established developmental goals and outcomes regularly.
\n
• Provide tailored guidance and support to families, empowering them with strategies to promote their child's development.
\n
• Ensure compliance with all Federal and State regulations related to early intervention services, safeguarding the rights and needs of each child.
\n
• Build strong, trusting relationships with children, families, and colleagues to create a positive and effective learning environment.
\n
• Develop individualized treatment strategies that draw on evidence-based practices and the Natural Learning Environment Principles.
\n
• Employ coaching models and natural environment teaching approaches in your interactions with clients and families.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on infants and toddlers experiencing developmental challenges or disabilities. You will work closely with their families, offering support and guidance as they navigate the early intervention process. Your role is crucial in not only addressing the immediate needs of the child but also in empowering parents and caregivers with the tools and knowledge necessary for long-term success.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license issued by the Department of Public Health.

• A current driver's license for potential home visits when necessary.

• A minimum of one year of experience working in early intervention services with children.

Compensation and Benefits\n
