Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive evaluations and assessments of infants and toddlers to identify needs and develop appropriate interventions.

• Collaborating with families to create and implement Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) tailored to each child's unique requirements.
\n
• Monitoring and documenting progress regularly, adjusting treatment strategies based on collaborative team feedback.
\n
• Providing hands-on support and resources to families, equipping them with strategies to enhance their child's development.
\n
• Ensuring all practices comply with Federal and State regulations governing early intervention services.
\n
• Building strong, trusting relationships with children and their families, creating a supportive and effective learning environment.

• Utilizing evidence-based practices and Natural Learning Environment Principles to inform intervention strategies.
\n
• Training families using the coaching model and natural environment teaching approaches for improved child engagement and development.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily focus on servicing infants and toddlers with disabilities or developmental delays, emphasizing the importance of early intervention. Your efforts will directly contribute to enhancing their developmental outcomes and family empowerment. You will engage closely with parents and caregivers, guiding them through the complexities of child development and early intervention services.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s Degree or higher in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid LCSW license from the Department of Public Health.
\n
• A valid driver’s license to enable travel as needed.
\n
• A minimum of one year of experience working in early intervention settings with children.

• A demonstrated commitment to best practices in Natural Learning Environment.
\n
• Strong organizational and time management skills, alongside excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
