Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based treatments such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-focused therapy, and solution-focused therapy.

• Develop customized treatment plans with clear, achievable goals and measurable interventions to enhance client outcomes.

• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for clients.

• Deliver crisis intervention services, engaging in risk assessments and devising effective safety plans when necessary.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging between $80,000 and $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
