Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health issues, strengths, and challenges.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions, customizing treatment approaches to fit the diverse needs and backgrounds of clients.

• Employ evidence-based therapeutic methods, including cognitive-behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing, to enhance client engagement and treatment outcomes.

• Develop detailed treatment plans with clear goals, interventions, and ongoing progress evaluation to ensure effective support and recovery.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, which may include psychiatrists, nurses, and administrative staff, to create holistic treatment strategies.

• Provide crisis intervention services, executing risk assessments and safety plans to manage clients' immediate needs and ensure their well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of New York.

Compensation and Benefits\n
