Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Mindful Cascade Echos, your responsibilities will be integral to our mission. Key tasks include:

• Delivering a variety of therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to each patient's unique needs.

• Maintaining meticulous clinical documentation that adheres to HIPAA and other regulatory standards, ensuring patient confidentiality and care quality.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team consisting of psychiatrists, psychologists, and fellow social workers to provide integrated care solutions.

• Participating in ongoing case consultations and peer review sessions aimed at enhancing service delivery and care approaches.

• Educating patients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment pathways, and available community resources to foster informed decisions.

• Staying current with advancements in mental health research and integrating new knowledge into practice, ultimately enhancing treatment efficacy.

• Managing a full caseload of patients, ensuring timely progress on treatment goals while helping clients navigate any barriers to care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• Active and valid LCSW license in New York State.

Compensation and Benefits\n
