Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments, gathering detailed information about clients' mental health challenges, personal strengths, and resources to inform treatment planning.

• Utilize targeted therapeutic approaches, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care, to promote client healing.

• Develop and implement comprehensive, individualized treatment plans outlining specific goals and interventions, regularly revising them based on client progress and feedback.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure coordinated and effective care for our clients.

• Provide crisis intervention services, including risk assessments and safety planning, responding to urgent mental health concerns as needed.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation in accordance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring patient confidentiality and compliance.

Qualifications\n
