This position is entirely remote, utilizing innovative telehealth technology to connect with clients effectively. While you will primarily work from home, you will be part of a dynamic and supportive virtual team. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand clients’ mental health concerns, strengths, and resources.

• Provide personalized therapeutic interventions through individual, family, and group therapy sessions.

• Utilize evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care in your practice.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that specifically cater to the goals and needs of each client.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure comprehensive and continuous client care.

• Manage client crises through effective intervention, risk assessment, and safety planning when necessary.

• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment progress in adherence to ethical and legal standards.

• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups as required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
