Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand clients’ mental health needs, strengths, and available resources.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Develop, implement, and adjust personalized treatment plans that incorporate specific goals and interventions to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary team members, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to provide integrated and coordinated care.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups, fostering a community of recovery among clients.

• Conduct crisis interventions, risk assessment, and safety planning as required, ensuring clients receive immediate support during critical moments.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in accordance with ethical and legal standards, reflecting client progress and treatment outcomes.

In this role, you will work primarily with individuals seeking mental health support at our detox center. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
