Key Responsibilities\n

• Plan and coordinate individualized support packages for students experiencing various challenges, including emotional distress, anxiety, and behavioral issues.

• Conduct thorough assessments through interviews and diagnostic tools to understand each student's unique needs, strengths, and areas for growth.

• Develop and implement tailored, measurable treatment goals, and evaluate their progress through regular monitoring and adjustment of strategies.

• Provide evidence-based counseling and support during sessions, guiding students toward effective coping mechanisms and solutions to their difficulties.

• Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress reports, adhering to confidentiality and ethical standards.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including educators, psychologists, and other mental health professionals, to ensure holistic support for the students.

• Actively participate in case conferences and, when necessary, provide expert testimony in legal settings to advocate for the best interests of the client.

• Facilitate referrals to community resources, programs, and services that can further support students in their recovery and growth.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on students within the school setting—ages ranging from elementary to high school. You will provide support addressing diverse issues, including trauma, family dynamics, academic pressures, and peer relationships. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW), Psychology, Sociology, or a closely related field is required.

• Relevant licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n
