Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the psychological and emotional needs of patients affected by cancer, including utilizing tools such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) for accurate diagnostic information.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients and their families, ensuring the incorporation of cultural considerations and addressing unique patient needs.

• Monitor and document patient progress meticulously, utilizing appropriate technology to maintain accurate treatment records and reports in compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Facilitate communication between patients and healthcare providers, serving as a liaison to identify and coordinate referrals and additional services that may enhance patient care.

• Provide mentorship and support for interns, students, and less experienced clinicians, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the department.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges between USD 90,000 and 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and credentials.
