Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health issues, strengths, and available resources.

• Providing individual, family, and group therapy utilizing a variety of evidence-based treatment modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Trauma-Focused Therapy.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to develop and implement client-centered treatment plans that detail specific goals and interventions.

• Facilitating group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups, fostering a space for open communication and shared experiences among clients.

• Offering crisis intervention, risk assessment, and safety planning in urgent situations to ensure optimal client care and safety.

• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment progress in compliance with ethical and legal standards, utilizing our integrated electronic health record (EHR) system.
