Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and comprehensive clinical assessments to identify patient needs and formulate individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices. Each plan will focus on facilitating a successful recovery journey tailored to the unique circumstances of each client.

• Implement a variety of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based modalities, guiding clients toward developing skills for coping and resilience.

• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment notes while upholding the highest standards of confidentiality and HIPAA compliance to protect client privacy.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and peer support specialists, to provide well-rounded and holistic care.

• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings, encouraging open communication and shared learning to enhance therapeutic outcomes for our clients.
