Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to understand each client's unique needs and formulate personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.

• Implement therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other modalities, to address clients' mental health challenges effectively.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical records while ensuring strict adherence to HIPAA regulations to protect client confidentiality.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals as part of a dedicated treatment team, enhancing the holistic care provided to clients.

• Engage in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to maintain high standards of care and share best practices.

• Educate patients and their families regarding mental health issues, treatment options, and community resources, empowering them to make informed decisions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• An active license to practice as an LICSW in Washington State.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between USD 100,000 and $125,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
