Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish and maintain positive, trusting relationships with patients to facilitate open discussions and effective therapy sessions.

• Diagnose mental health disorders through comprehensive assessments and interviews to tailor treatment plans based on each patient’s unique circumstances.

• Conduct therapy sessions that may include individual counseling, couples therapy, and family sessions, employing various therapeutic modalities suited to client needs.

• Create and update personalized treatment plans that address specific goals, challenges, and developmental progress of the patient.

• Monitor, assess, and document patient progress on a regular basis, adjusting treatment strategies as needed to reflect changing needs.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
