Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Moonlight Mental Healthcare Services, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting comprehensive evaluations and assessments of infants and toddlers to accurately identify their needs and potential challenges.

• Actively participating in the development and execution of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) tailored to each child's unique situation.

• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring regular monitoring of progress and outcomes for every child you support.

• Providing families with personalized guidance, resources, and support to enhance their child's development, ultimately fostering a nurturing environment.

• Adhering to all federal and state regulations governing early intervention services, ensuring compliance and ethical practice.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will meet the following qualifications:

• Master's degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Valid LCSW licensure recognized by the Department of Public Health in New Jersey.

• A valid driver's license to facilitate travel as needed.

• At least one year of experience working in early intervention with children, demonstrating knowledge of relevant strategies and practices.
