Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of children to identify their needs, strengths, and areas requiring support.

• Actively participate in the development and execution of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), ensuring tailored interventions meet each child's unique needs.

• Monitor and document the progress of children, collaborating with team members to make data-driven adjustments to intervention strategies.
\n
• Provide in-home or virtual support for families, equipping them with tools and strategies to enhance child development and address challenges.
\n
• Maintain compliance with all applicable Federal and State regulations governing early intervention services and best practices in child development.

• Create and nurture trusting relationships with children, families, and colleagues to promote a supportive and positive environment.

• Utilize evidence-based practices to design individualized treatment strategies that incorporate Natural Learning Environment Principles.

• Empower families by coaching them on developmentally appropriate practices and supporting their active engagement in their child’s growth.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role is on infants and toddlers with disabilities and developmental delays, along with their families. These young children often require specialized support to maximize their developmental potential. As an LCSW, your role is integral to helping children overcome obstacles to learning and socialization, thereby directly impacting their long-term success. Your expertise in early intervention will guide and empower families, enabling them to become advocates for their children's needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid LCSW licensure recognized by the Department of Public Health.

• A current driver’s license to facilitate any in-home visits or community outreach.

• A minimum of one year of experience working in early intervention settings with children.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $75,000 to $80,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
