Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Additionally, therapists receive incentives through bonuses and enjoy hourly compensation as W2 employees. Freelance therapists may find our fully covered overhead costs, including furnished office space and malpractice insurance, particularly appealing.
