Work Environment\n

This position is remote, allowing you flexibility in your work schedule while enabling you to connect with clients in their own environments. Our work hours are Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, promoting a healthy work-life balance. Organized team meetings and collaborative discussions will take place via video conferencing tools, ensuring robust communication and support among colleagues.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide intensive counseling, psychotherapy, and case management services tailored to the needs of each client.

• Conduct thorough mental status examinations, diligently noting any changes in client mental health status.

• Document case notes, progress reports, and treatment plans in a clear and concise manner to ensure seamless continuity of care.

• Approach high-stress situations with a calm demeanor to de-escalate emotional distress and guide clients toward constructive solutions.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, case managers, and community resources, to coordinate integrated care initiatives.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions to foster personal growth and community support among clients.

• Engage in knowledge sharing with team members to enhance client outcomes and promote best practices in therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a diverse client population facing varying levels of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Our clients range from adolescents to seniors, and you will be expected to adapt your therapeutic style to meet their unique needs. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.

• Active Maryland LCSW-C license, with the capability to practice independently.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual compensation for this position ranges from $90,000 to $110,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
