Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Delivering individual and couples therapy sessions to clients from diverse backgrounds and age groups, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to their unique needs.

• Maintaining up-to-date records of client interactions, documenting notes promptly to ensure all information is accurately captured and reviewed.

• Scheduling ongoing appointments and managing your calendar to ensure efficient time management and client follow-through.

• Engaging in clinical supervision and team meetings to discuss case management strategies and collaborate on best practices.

• Utilizing the billing service to streamline claims processes, and conducting benefit and eligibility checks as necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals experiencing a range of clinical presentations such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. The ability to empathize and connect with clients from various backgrounds is crucial in fostering effective therapeutic engagement and facilitating their journey toward recovery.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work or Clinical Psychology.

• Current LICSW licensure in Washington State, allowing independent clinical practice.

• Exceptional professionalism, strong therapeutic boundaries, and outstanding organizational and time-management skills.

• Ability to develop and implement effective treatment plans based on diverse clinical presentations.

• Self-motivated and self-sufficient, thriving in a remote work environment.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 100,000 per year, accompanied by a sign-on bonus eligible for new hires. In addition, our therapists are compensated on an hourly basis as W2 employees. The benefits include:
